The row of sunflowers is definitely going strong. We decided to plant orange and red ones instead of the traditional yellow, just to change it up a bit. I love them! And recently they started attracting beautiful gold finches who hang upside down and eat the seeds. Finally, something other than sparrows and robins in our yard.
Just when I think the sunflowers are done growing, they bolt up another several inches. They are definitely taller than me now...take a look.
